Description
With 104 m the exclusive apartment building with 30 floors and 120 luxury apartments is the highest residential building in the Czech Republic. The V Tower Prague is the first residential complex in Europe to receive the popular "LEED Platinum" certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for its environmentally friendly construction, energy efficiency and intelligent heating and cooling systems. Using Clina capillary tube mats, a total of 8000 m² of ceiling area was activated for heating and cooling.
In addition, the project received two awards in the renowned "European Property Awards" competition in the category "Best Residential High-rise Architecture Czech Republic" and "Best Residential High-rise Development Czech Republic" even before completion.
