Villa Schwanenwerder Berlin

New construction of a luxury villa with living and guest house, boathouse, pool etc. on the island Schwanenwerder. Clina supplied 1.800 m² of capillary tube mats for this futuristic new building, planned by the renowned Berlin architectural bureau GRAFT. The heating and cooling mats were plastered directly onto the raw ceiling and integrated into the screed so that the spaces can be pleasantly temperature-controlled via the ceiling and the floor.
