Rheinpalais Cologne

The Rheinpalais is the former presidential villa of the Reichsbahndirektion Köln. In spring 2005, the opening of the "RheinTriadem" ,which consists of 3 buildings, was celebrated. An ensemble of old and new buildings. One of these 3 buildings is the Rheinpalais. Here, the three-storey old building was combined with a seven-storey new building. Behind the façade of the historic palace, a modern office building was created, adjoined by a slender new building. ¹

Clina supplied around 1.000 m² of capillary tube mats for this project, which were placed on gypsum board ceilings. These gypsum board heating/cooling ceilings create pleasant temperatures in the modern office spaces at all times through radiation and thus contribute to the well-being of the users.
