Description

The main hall and foyer of the Bauhaus Archive in Berlin were retrofitted with an open cooling ceiling. Cooling via the ceiling was realised in the main hall with cooling ceiling sails made of gypsum board with acoustic plaster, which not only ensure pleasant room temperatures in the warm season, but also optimise the room acoustics. In the foyer, metal ceiling sails were installed that also provide a high cooling capacity and sound absorption.
